DoctorKaro – B2B Service Agreement
This B2B Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between DoctorKaro (“Service Provider”) and your organization (“Client”), governing all corporate health consultancy, wellness programs, and support services provided by DoctorKaro.
1. Scope of Services
DoctorKaro offers the following B2B services:
- Corporate Health Consultancy
- Employee Wellness Support
- Telehealth Advisory for Staff
- Preventive Healthcare Awareness Programs
- Customized Health Guidance Sessions
2. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about employees or beneficiaries.
- Ensure employees understand the guidelines of DoctorKaro’s consultation services.
- Avoid misuse of the platform for emergency medical conditions.
- Maintain confidentiality of access credentials and portal data.
3. Service Provider Responsibilities
- Deliver consultancy and wellness services as per the agreed plan.
- Provide prompt telehealth support within operational hours.
- Ensure confidentiality of client data and employee information.
- Offer reports and usage summaries when included in the plan.
4. Service Availability
DoctorKaro provides wellness and consultancy services based on the service package purchased. Telehealth support availability may vary depending on the subscribed plan.
5. Payment Terms
- All service fees must be paid as per the agreed billing cycle.
- Invoices must be cleared within the specified credit period.
- Late payments may result in interruption of services.
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of:
- Employee health-related information
- Business strategies and internal documents
- Usage statistics and wellness data
7. Health Advisory Disclaimer
DoctorKaro provides wellness guidance and general health advice. It does not replace medical diagnosis, emergency treatment, or hospital care. Employees must rely on licensed medical professionals for critical health concerns.
8. Limitation of Liability
DoctorKaro is not liable for:
- Emergency health situations requiring immediate medical attention
- Incorrect information shared by employees or the Client
- Consequential, indirect, or incidental damages
- non-adherence to given health advice
9. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Service may be terminated immediately for misuse, breach of confidentiality, or non-payment.
10. Changes to Agreement
DoctorKaro reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement. Updated versions will be posted on our website.
